Pin spots that overhang the edge of a stand to illuminate fascias or façades of structures are permitted only where all the following conditions are met: 

• Pin spots must not be installed below a height of 2.5m, measured from the hall floor. 
• At a height of 2.5m or above, stick lights up to 300mm in length are permitted. 
• Stick lights up to 500mm in length are permitted only on stands that are 6m high. 
• No other forms of lighting may overhang the gangways. 
• All lighting must be shown on the stand drawings. 
• Any stick lights installed on-site without prior approval must be removed.
