Build Height Restrictions

This section sets out the maximum build heights permitted at the Event, including hall-specific height limits, technical truss height restrictions and the process for exhibits that exceed the permitted height limit.

Overview

The maximum build height at the Event is 6m. However, height limits vary throughout the venue, and some halls have a maximum height limit lower than 6m.

All exhibitors must refer to the Technical Stand Plan for details of the height limits applicable to their stand space, as well as the location of any services, pillars and any other relevant technical information.

Technical trusses

Technical trusses for lighting or suspending structures are permitted up to a height of 7m, measured from ground level to the top of the truss. Although this is possible in most areas, there are some locations where a 7m height may not be available. Exhibitors must check this with the official rigging supplier when ordering rigging points.

Branding, logos or banners are not permitted above 6m. Black or white unbranded fabric stretched across the technical truss to improve the visual appearance from above is permitted.

Please note that the Technical Stand Plans do not include the permitted height of trusses. All rigging heights must be checked with the official rigging supplier.

Exhibits above the permitted height limit

Exhibits that are taller than the permitted height limit, such as antennae, may be acceptable. Please contact Abraxys for such requests.
