My Sponsorship

MWC Barcelona has been able to grow year over year thanks to the support of our sponsors and partners. By becoming a sponsor, you promote your business and establish your brand as a major player to a senior-level audience at the event.

In addition to the finer details of your sponsorship package, as a sponsor, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• Company profile listed on the MWC Website and the MWC Series Event App
• Sponsorship Delivery Manager to guide you through your package and support you in the lead up to the event 

All sponsors are allocated a dedicated Sponsorship Delivery Manager, who will act as their day-to-day contact and manage the implementation of their sponsorship package. Your Sponsorship Delivery Manager will reach out to you shortly to introduce themselves, and to discuss the particulars of your package.

To help us begin the delivery of your sponsorship package, please have the following key details ready to share directly with your Sponsorship Delivery Manager. 

Information we will require from you:

• Confirm your main point of contact for all communication. Where possible we would prefer to streamline updates to one or two points of contact within your Company, however please let us know if additional stakeholders require access to your SharePoint folder to review the information provided. 
• Your logo for print use: please send a high-resolution logo, ideally in EPS format. Examples of high-quality formats include EPS (created in Adobe Illustrator) and High-resolution (300dpi) TIFF files
• Your logo for digital use: please send a high resolution JPEG or PNG file. 
• Please also supply a white out version of your logo as we will need to apply logos on a dark coloured background.
• The URL you would like us to hyperlink your company logo to.
• Any brand guidelines we should follow when using your logo. Kindly note we will not be able to send you pre-approval each time we apply your logo or reference you as a sponsor.  
• Your company social media handles for X and LinkedIn.

If any of the above changes, please let your Sponsorship Delivery Manager know as soon as possible.

When you become a sponsor and are introduced to your Sponsorship Delivery Manager, you will receive an email inviting you to join and access your project delivery Asana board, which will contain a summary of all key information related to your sponsorship package.

Within this Asana board, you will find a live delivery tracker listing all of the elements included within your sponsorship package, along with key milestones, deadlines and useful details to support you in the lead-up to the event. This tracker will be regularly updated by your Sponsorship Delivery Manager to track progress and relevant updates.
