Services

GSMA shall not be liable to the Company for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with the provision of (or failure wholly or partly of) any services or goods provided by third parties in connection with the Event or the partner package including without limitation in relation to the provision of utilities, freight shipment, the transport and delivery of sponsorship and or exhibition material to the Venue, work undertaken by third party contractors (whether or not GSMA sub-contractors) and services provided by the Venue.

The Company acknowledges that services provided by GSMA official or recommended contractors to the Company are the subject of a separate agreement between the Company and the contractor. Although Organiser shall use reasonable care in selecting official or recommended contractors, GSMA shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with the provision of services to the Company by such contractors.
