These opening times apply to the following areas:

• Upper Walkway
• Hybrid Hall: Hall 3
• Hospitality Hall: Hall 2
• Meeting Rooms in CC1
• Executive Meeting Rooms
• Premium Executive Meeting Rooms
• Congress Square Meeting Rooms

Specific requests to be managed by exception.

Please note: All stands, meeting rooms and hospitality suites need to be operational during the visitor opening times of the exhibition areas as a minimum (Monday to Wednesday 08:30-19:00 and Thursday 08:30-16:00). Those that are located in areas which are subject to the hospitality opening times, can choose to open earlier or close later than the exhibition area opening times, but need to be operational during the exhibition opening times as a minimum. It's the exhibitor's responsibility to secure their stand space at all times.

The following activities are not allowed during show open days:

• Vehicle movement
• Working at height
• Stand building and repair work of any kind
• Delivery of goods
