Fixtures
- It is strictly prohibited to make any fixtures to hall installations, walls, floors, ceilings or columns.
- All connection panels set in the hall floors must remain accessible at all times.
- The exhibition surface area must not be covered with paint or glue. The only permitted coverings are a platform or carpeting. These must be removed by the exhibitor at the end of the Event, including the removal of any adhesive tape.
- Any damage to Venue infrastructure or installations caused by exhibitors, their contractors or visitors will be repaired by Fira and charged to the exhibitor.
