Contractors may apply to carry out late work during build-up and dismantling.

Operational Requirements

Only switchboards supplied with 24-hour power will remain operational during late work activities.

All daytime switchboards will be switched off at 23:00 in accordance with the regulations.

Contractors requiring a daytime switchboard to remain operational during late work must indicate this when ordering the service.

Additional power may be provided, where technically possible, at the applicable cost.

Charging Principles

Contractors working on more than one stand within the same hall will only be charged once.

Contractors working in different halls will be charged once per hall.

Restrictions

Late work is not permitted on the Sunday before the Event opens.

Late work after 21:00 is not permitted in the Loading Bays between Halls 3–5 or Halls 5–7 during build-up and dismantling.

Construction work during Event open days is strictly prohibited.

For security reasons, construction work is not permitted during Event open days even outside official opening hours.
