Rules & Regulations

All halls at the Venue are equipped with temperature-control systems during the winter and summer seasons. These systems maintain an appropriate temperature inside the halls in accordance with the applicable requirements for spaces open to the public and the current Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings - RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios), approved by Royal Decree 1027/2007, as amended. 

As a general recommendation, Exhibitors should use the Venue’s central air-conditioning system. 

Where the use of an individual air-conditioning unit is strictly necessary, the equipment must comply with the current RITE and all other applicable Spanish regulations. 

Compressor units must be installed within the stand boundaries, and a drainage point must be contracted through ServiFira.

The Organisers and the Venue reserve the right to stop the operation of any equipment that causes unacceptable disturbance to other Exhibitors or to the Event, or that does not comply with the requirements set out above.
