This section sets out the requirements for banners, ceilings and other suspended elements hung from the exhibition hall roof, including integration with the stand design and inclusion in the official stand plan submission. 

All banners, ceilings and other suspended elements hung from the exhibition hall roof must form an integral part of the overall stand design and must be clearly detailed, including dimensions, within the official stand plan submission. 

Simple banners suspended above stands are not permitted. 

All rigging requests are subject to review and monitoring by the Organisers. 

Illustrative example: gaps between suspended elements and stand walls are not permitted.
