Floor covering is compulsory.

Floor coverings must be securely fixed and maintained so that they do not create a hazard. Exhibitors must take adequate precautions to protect the Venue floor from damage.

• Bolting, fixing or screwing into the hall floor is prohibited.
• Paint or plaster must not be applied to the hall floor.
• Only double-sided adhesive tape may be used to secure floor coverings. All adhesive tape must be removed at the end of the Event.
• All costs associated with damage to, or cleaning of, the Venue floor will be charged directly to the Exhibitor.
• Fitted carpets, other textile floor coverings and underlay must comply with British Standard BS 4790, the applicable Spanish M classification or European Standard BS EN 13501. Documentary evidence or appropriate product labelling is required.
• Mats must be recessed so that they are flush with the stand floor.
