Hall 2 Hospitality Policy

Purpose of Hall 2 Spaces 

Spaces in Hall 2 should be designed specifically for hosting clients for invited meetings and hospitality. As a result, many spaces will be fully enclosed. 

Stand Design & Enclosure 

All spaces must have a perimeter wall. 

Exhibitors in Hall 2 must construct their spaces with a single primary point of entry. The remainder of the perimeter must be enclosed by walling that cannot be breached. 

Walls must not be stepped back in order to circumvent this requirement. 

However, the side of a stand facing Aisle H must comply with the Enclosed Exhibition Stands (50% Rule) regulation and must remain at least 50% open. 

Noise Control 

As Hall 2 is generally quiet, Exhibitors should pay particular attention to the Noise Policy, especially when displaying promotional videos, carrying out product demonstrations or hosting networking functions. 

Any speakers or sound equipment within a stand must be positioned to face into the stand space, rather than towards an aisle or neighbouring stand, in order to minimise noise or disturbance affecting the aisles and neighbouring exhibits.
