Rules & Regulations

These conditions apply to all Space Only stands located in Loading Bay 5–7. 

Exhibitors must adopt a simple build approach that minimises on-site construction time and disruption. Structural elements should be prefabricated off-site and brought to the Venue for positioning and finishing only. Modular or semi-modular structures are strongly encouraged to reduce the complexity of the build and allow for rapid installation. Complex build activity within Loading Bay 5–7 is not permitted. 

All build activity must take place within the official build-up schedule set out in the Online Event Manual. No activity is permitted after 21:00 on any day, and late work will not be permitted under any circumstances. 

On Thursday, dismantling is permitted between 18:00 and 21:00 only and should focus on the removal of lighter elements, such as furniture, audiovisual equipment and decorative items. Any remaining dismantling must be completed during the standard dismantling hours set out in the Online Event Manual. No dismantling activity is permitted after 21:00.
