Vehicle Exhibits
Exhibitors wishing to display a vehicle on their stand must submit the Vehicle Display Form at least 25 working days in advance of the event, and can only proceed after obtaining the Venue's written permission.
- The fuel tank should contain the absolute minimum necessary, usually one gallon (approx. 5 litres) i.e. only the amount required to move the exhibit into/out of the Venue. Diesel vehicles are not subject to this requirement, however, where possible fuel levels must be reduced to a minimum.
- Emptying or filling of fuel tanks must not be done during the exhibition’s open hours, or anywhere on the premises.
- The fuel tank must be fitted with a locked or otherwise secured fuel-cap.
- A drip tray must be positioned underneath the engine bay and pads under all tyres
- Internal combustion engines must not be run during any Open Period.
- Any and all batteries must be fully disconnected and made safe.
- Keys or equivalent starting device must be handed over to security staff after inspection.
- Once in position, the vehicle must remain static throughout the event
- Damage identified during the dilapidation survey will be charged to the exhibitor.
- For heavy vehicles, please submit the manufacturer's data sheet including weight and dimensions.
