Rules & Regulations

Aisle carpeting will be provided by the Organiser throughout the exhibition halls. 

Stand carpet will only be provided to package stands such as Exhibition Stand Plus, Executive Meeting Rooms & Chalets.  These will be carpeted as per the visual and description shown in the package detail section. 

Space Only stands DO NOT have carpet provided and it is compulsory that you provide a floor covering. It is strictly forbidden to paint or plaster stand floors or to use glue to attach the floor covering to the venue floor. Only approved, double-sided adhesive tape that is easily removable and doesn’t leave any residue may be used for this purpose (e.g. Euro tape, Eurocel, Advance tape). This must be removed at the end of the Exhibition. 

Any materials used over carpeted or hard floor areas must be of a non-slip nature, even when moist or wet and laid accident-proof, not extending beyond the stand area.  Substances such as oil, grease, paint and similar things must be removed from the floor immediately.
