*Saturday 7 November is a "no build" day. All stand build / construction must be complete by 22:00 on Friday 6 November.
Please note that Qatari Police will do a security sweep before the event opens. After this time, only official pass holders will be able to enter the halls. If your stand contractor needs access to your stand during the open days, please make sure you have allocated a pass to them as they will not be able to get in with build up wristbands.
In readiness for the Security Sweep, before you or your contractor leaves the hall on Saturday 7 November, please ensure the following:
- All areas must remain accessible - including stands, rooms, doors, cabinets, drawers, safes and storage areas.
- Nothing should be locked or obstructed in a way that would prevent inspection.
- One authorised representative from each exhibitor/contractor team must be contactable and in a location close to the venue when the sweep is taking place in case MOI requires assistance or clarification during the inspection. We will be contacting you to obtain the name and contact details of your nominated person closer to the event dates. Failure to have someone available may mean that your stand cannot open to the public.
