GSMA Client Portal

GSMA Client Portal for MWC Doha

The GSMA Client Portal for MWC Doha is now live. All confirmed Registration Co-ordinators will receive an account login email with instructions for how to access their account.

GSMA provides Exhibitors, Partners and Sponsors with the Client Portal for managing their allocations of passes received as part of their package. Your allocation of passes is visible through your Client Portal account.

The Client Portal allows you to:

  • Send invitations or registration codes to your staff and guests in order for them to register
  • Search, manage and run reports of your invitations and registrants

Update or Change the Registration Coordinator

  1. Go to My Dashboard in the Online Event Manual (OEM)
  2. Select Manage Your Contact
  3. Update the Registration Coordinator details

You can also log in to the Client Portal and make additional coordinators on the Account Management Page.

Passes

Here are the pass types available for MWC Doha. You will have been given an allocation of passes relevant to your participation at the event which you will see in your Manage Passes page. If you have any questions related to this, please contact your Account Manager.

  • LEADERS CONFERENCE - includes extended hours access
  • EXHIBITION
  • EXHIBITOR/PARTNER STAFF - this pass type is equivalent to Exhibition and, by default, includes extended hours acces

 

Event Access

Your pass will be made available in our event app near the date of the event, and we will contact you with detailed access information. Download our app now.

Extended Hours Access

Extended hours access allows entry into the venue throughout the build-up, event and dismantle periods from 7-10 November 2026.  Your pass tracking page will show you which of your registered guests have this activated on their passes.

On the Digital Access Pass you will see a star symbol along the bottom under the QR code to show Extended Hours access - as illustrated on the sample badge on the right

There is an option to add Extended Hours access to any passes that you have given out.  This option is also available via the Tracking page.  Just select the attendee and press ‘Grant Extended Hours’.   

Invitation Emails/Confirmation Emails

Emails can often get blocked by company firewalls, or filtered to spam / junk folders. Ask your guests to check these folders. To improve delivery of emails, please ask attendees to add registration@mwcdoha.com to their email contact list. 

Visa & Travel

For Leaders Conference, Exhibition and Exhibition Partner/Staff pass holders, please check the Visa information here to determine whether a Visa is required. If a Visa is required to enter Qatar, please apply through the Hayya Portal.  It is the attendee's sole responsibility to ensure that all Visa requirements are met. 

For attendees bringing in professional photography or videography equipment, please contact your account manager to get a Press/Analyst pass registration code.
