This page contains important notes regarding MWC Doha registration. Before registering for MWC Doha, please read the information below carefully set by the State of Qatar government.

GSMA Client Portal

GSMA Client Portal for MWC Doha

The GSMA Client Portal for MWC Doha is now live. All confirmed Registration Co-ordinators will receive an account login email with instructions for how to access their account.

GSMA provides Exhibitors, Partners and Sponsors with the Client Portal for managing their allocations of passes received as part of their package. Your allocation of passes is visible through your Client Portal account.

The Client Portal allows you to:

  • Send invitations or registration codes to your staff and guests in order for them to register
  • Search, manage and run reports of your invitations and registrants

Invitation Emails/Confirmation Emails

Emails can often get blocked by company firewalls or filtered to spam/junk folders. Ask your guests to check these folders. To improve delivery of emails, please ask attendees to add registration@mwcdoha.com to their email contact list.

Passes

Here are the pass types available for MWC Doha. You will have been given an allocation of passes relevant to your participation at the event which you will see in your Manage Passes page. If you have any questions related to this, please contact your Account Manager.

 

Event Access

Your pass will be made available in our event app near the date of the event, and we will contact you with detailed access information. Download our app now.

Leaders Conference
Exhibition Discovery
Exhibitor/Partner Staff.

This pass type is equivalent to Exhibition Discovery and, by default, includes extended hours access. This pass type will be disabled on 18 November

 

Please select the appropriate pass types for your guests or staff, taking into consideration the Hayya e-Visa requirement set by the local authority

Extended Hours Access

Extended hours access allows entry into the venue throughout the buildup, event and dismantle periods from 24-26 November 2025. Your pass tracking page will show you which of your registered guests have this activated on their passes. On the Digital Access Pass you will see a symbol to show Extended Hours access.

There is an option to add Extended Hours access to any passes that you have given out. This option is also available via the Tracking page. Just select the attendee and press 'Grant Extended Hours'.

NOTE: This Grant Extend Hours option will be removed on 18 November. Leaders and Exhibition Discovery passes will still be available for registration

Registration & Hayya e-Visa Application

e-Visa Information

To access MWC Doha, certain groups of attendees (with extended hours access and not having Qatar-ID) are required to apply for a mandatory e-Visa on the Hayya Portal on or before 20 November, regardless of your nationality.

Without a valid e-Visa, extended hour access will be removed. Attendees can only access during MWC Doha event opening hours.

For general attendees (without extended hour access), an e-Visa may be required depending on their nationality.

Registration

There are no onsite registration facilities, and therefore we strongly recommend all attendees register prior to arriving at the venue.  We are asking Registration Co-ordinators to: Monitor their registrations and invitations to ensure that everyone has fully registered before they arrive. Remind their staff to complete the Hayya e-Visa application wherever possible

What else you should know about the e-Visa?

 

EHA = Extended Hours Access. Read the section below for more information.

 

 

 

  1. Complete MWC Doha registration on or before 17 November
  2. Upon completion, you will receive a registration confirmation email
  3. For Q-ID holders, no further action is required.

Additional steps for non Q-ID holders:

  1. You will receive a second email with your unique voucher number (DO NOT share and keep it confidential).
  2. Apply for the "Conference and Event Visa" on the Hayya Portal with your Voucher Number on or before 20 November
  3. Review the e-Visa status in the portal.
  4. Without a valid e-Visa, extended hour access will be removed. Attendees can only access during MWC Doha event opening hours.
