Please note that for 2026 building/access times are dependent on stand size, and you and your contractor may only access the exhibition hall for the build-up day(s) and time that relates to your stand type and size - see the Build-up & Dismantling Schedule on the right
There is a phased build-up schedule for MWC Doha26 which will be strictly adhered to. Click the button below to see the full build-up, open and dismantling times
All space only exhibitor and contractors wanting access to site for build-up and dismantling will need official access wristbands. Wristbands must be collected on arrival at the venue; no one will be permitted entry without one.

ON-SITE EXHIBITOR SERVICE DESK
For exhibitors and contractors requiring support during setup, show days or dismantling, the Service Desk Service will be available on site and remotely via the designated channels.
