Each exhibitor is responsible for providing and installing the CCTV cameras within their own stand. CCTV installation is mandatory only for stands or rooms where the ceiling structure covers more than 50% of the total area. If the ceiling coverage is less than 50%, the stand or room is not considered enclosed, and therefore CCTV installation is not required.

CCTV Recording and Retention
Each exhibitor must retain the CCTV recordings installed within their stand. Authorities may request access to the recordings only in the event of an incident or investigation.
Live access to the CCTV feed is not required by the security authorities; however, the recordings must be stored and retained for 120 days in accordance with Qatari regulations.
