Timber Treatments
All exhibitor stands' timber materials should be treated with fire-retardant chemicals in accordance with Qatar Civil Defense guidelines. The following requirements apply:
- Timber components used in construction should be fire-regardant where applicable
- Materials should be selected and used with fire safety considerations in mind, particularly for large or enclosed structures
- Documentation or proof of treatment should be kept on-site and made available upon request by the venue or relevant authorities
