Build Height Restrictions

  • The maximum height limit for Space Only stands is 6m from the venue floor.  Space Only meeting rooms are only permitted to build up to 4m high.

  • For Double Deck exhibitors - technical truss for lighting (without any decoration or branding on truss) is the only exception to the above and are allowed up to 10m height (ground level to top of truss)

  • Double Deck Stands:  Only stands of 100sqm of more are eligible for upgrading their stands to double deck/two storey at MWC Doha. Application is subject to additional fee and GSMA's pre-approval. Contact your GSMA Account Manager for further information.

  • Under no condition are logos or banners allowed to be placed above 6m. This means that no branding or logos can be placed on the truss.

  • Height limit of the actual stand is still 6m (ground level to top of structures & logos)

  • Exhibits such as antennae, which are taller than the permitted height limit of the corresponding booth type, will not be allowed. 

  • Shell Scheme stands are forbidden from changing the stand original height of 2.5m
