Rules & Regulations

Forklifts are permitted within the venue and may be used for unloading and loading vehicles in the loading areas, as well as for the movement of materials within the exhibition halls. 

Forklifts must be booked in advance through Resa Expo Logistic to ensure that all required safety checks are completed. 

The use of privately owned forklifts within the venue is not permitted. 

Exhibitors requiring a dry-hire forklift may arrange this through the appointed lifting contractor, Resa Expo Logistic. A valid forklift operator licence must be provided at the time of booking. 

Under no circumstances may a dry-hired forklift be operated by any person other than the approved and licensed operator registered with Resa Expo Logistic. 

Any person found operating a forklift without the appropriate authorisation will be removed from the venue.
