Parties & Events on Stand

Any event hosted within the boundaries of an exhibitor’s stand including parties, drinks receptions, happy hours and press conferences, must be approved by the Organiser in advance. 

Rules 

Stand events may only take place during the official opening hours of the hall in which the stand is located. 

Events must comply with all applicable regulations, including the Noise Policy, Alcohol & Drugs Policy, and capacity and crowd management requirements. 

The exhibitor is responsible for managing queues and gatherings within the stand footprint. 

Advance approval 

Submit the Stand Event Form in advance. Full requirements and supporting documentation are listed in the form instructions. 

Consequences 

Hosting an event without approval, or in breach of the Event Rules and Regulations, may result in the activity being stopped immediately. All costs arising from cancellation are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
