Rules & Regulations

The Organiser must be informed in advance of any parties or events which are due to take place within the boundaries of your exhibition space, including but not limited to parties, drinks receptions, happy hours and press conferences.

Exhibitors wishing to host such activities are required to complete the Stand Event Task/Form within Your Dashboard.  

All stand events shall only be permitted during official Event opening hours and must comply with applicable regularions, including but not limited to: noise control, capacity and crowed management.  Please note that alcohol is not permitted at this event.  Full details can be found in the form instructions.

Any Exhibitor found to be hosting an event without the necessary approval, or in breach of the Event Rules & Regulations, may be required to cease the activity immediately. All costs arising from the cancellation of such an event will be the sole responisbility of the exhibitor.
