GSMA ("the Organiser") shall be entitled to close a stand during build-up or during the Event if the exhibitor is considered to be displaying materials of an offensive nature. The Organiser reserves the right to close down a stand and the Exhibitor shall bear any costs that may be incurred by the Organiser in closing down a stand.
