Gas filled balloons, with the exception of helium-filled balloons, are prohibited. Anyone wishing to have balloons inside the venue must gain permission from the Organisers at least 14 days prior to build up. Information provided must include the type of gas used, size/dimensions of balloon(s) and where it/they will be located on the stand. Balloons must be tied to a part of the exhibition stand structure, be fully secured to prevent interference with the venue fire detection equipment located within the hall, must not exceed the height of your stand and must be fully within your stand footprint. No one is allowed to walk around the hall holding balloons.
