Additional Important Information Relating to Standard Meeting Room Packages
- Exhibitors planning on fitting out their Standard Meeting Room must send the stand plans to Abraxys Ltd for inspection. Please click here to visit the Stand Plan Submission page for more details.
- Please note Standard Meeting Room walls are not soundproof.
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels of the turnkey package.
- Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- Any graphics attached to the walls by the exhibitors must be removed at the end of the event.
- Any graphics left on the structure will incur a removal charge by Servifira to be invoiced post event.
- LED and LCD screens cannot be fixed on the shell scheme panels due to weight restrictions.
- Rigging above turnkey packages is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the meeting room.
- No elements can be higher than the turnkey package structure or wider than the stand perimeter.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their turnkey packages stand themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
