Additional Important Information Relating to Meeting Room Plus Packages
- Exhibitors planning on fitting out their Meeting Room Plus must send the stand plans to Abraxys Ltd for inspection. Please click here to visit the Stand Plan Submission page for more details.
- Meeting Room Plus walls are not soundproof. Servifira offers a solution to improve noise bleed inside Meeting Rooms Plus Packages. Please contact Servifira for further information on mwc.exhibitionplus@firabarcelona.com
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels of the turnkey package.
- Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- Any graphics attached to the walls by the exhibitors must be removed at the end of the event.
- Any graphics left on the structure will incur a removal charge by Servifira to be invoiced post event.
- Rigging above turnkey packages is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the meeting room.
- No elements can be higher than the turnkey package structure or wider than the stand perimeter.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their turnkey packages stand themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
