Meeting Room Plus

Please note Meeting Room Plus exhibitors are allowed to access their meeting room for set up on Sunday 28 February 2027 between 08:00-21:00.

Meeting Room Plus access codes will be sent out via email the week before the event. Exhibitors can also retrieve the access code onsite from the Exhibitor Care Help Desk located in the South Entrance Level -1 from Sunday 28 February 2027.

In order to retrieve the access code, Exhibitors will need to provide their exhibitor digital access pass or business card as identification.

• Stand structure with metal frame and white walls, 250cm (H).
• Metal frame door with combination lock.
• Platform 5cm (H).
• Recyclable grey carpet.
• White fabric ceiling.
• Fascia Name Board with company name and meeting room number*.
• IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.
  

The MWC Barcelona Exhibition Stands Plus and Meeting Rooms Plus packages are built using beMatrix frame system. The leading system for easy and sustainable event building which combines all the benefits of a modular system with the many possibilities of custom-made solutions. 

Package walls are built using a high-quality stretch canvas fabric over the beMatrix aluminium frame providing a sleek, seamless and professional look. This creates a graphic display with photographic quality and colour vibrancy that is lifelike and ideal for showcasing your brand.

 * Additional lettering or graphic services for the fascia name board can be purchased through Servifira.

• Graphics are included with your Meeting Room Plus package to brand the outside of your meeting room.
• Graphics are printed on canvas.
• Artwork dimensions: 2510mm (H) x 2014mm (W).
• Download artwork templates and use the files provided to create your artwork.

Power Supply:

• 230V power supply available from Sunday 28 February 2027 (07:00 - 23:00).
• Meeting Rooms up to and including 18m²: 3.3 kW/16A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 double socket base.
• Meeting Rooms above 18m²: 6.6 kW/32A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 double socket base.
• The double sockets are provided as an extension.
• Carpentry box covering switchboard.
• Please note: switchboards and carpentry box are not fixed to the stand structure.
• Additional power supply consumption or 24h switchboards can be hired through Servifira.

General Lighting:

• LED spotlights on electrified rail 25W. 1 spotlight per 3m² of space.

AV Equipment:

• 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable.
  • Screen resolution 4k and format 16:9
  • A standard HDMI cable is provided. If other cables or connectors are required this should be provided by the exhibitor
  • MAC adapters not included (only HDMI)

Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.

Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.

Please note in order for Servifira to vacuum the meeting room floor overnight during the event the room must be unlocked. Bins left outside the meeting room will be emptied overnight.
