Additional Important Information Relating to Daily Meeting Rooms
- Drilling, stapling or attaching anything to the walls is strictly prohibited.
- Only free standing pop-up banners are allowed inside the room.
- External branding outside the meeting room is not permitted.
- Once the session is finished, the CC8 Manager will inspect the room to ensure that all items are in place and that no damage has been caused.
- Please note you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged.
- All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.
