Congress Square Meeting Room

• It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls.
• Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding is not permitted in the aisles or common areas.
• It is not allowed to move the air conditioning or move any furniture between rooms or place them outside the Congress Square Meeting Rooms.

Servifira is the official appointed furniture contractor for the Congress Square Meeting Rooms and it is strictly forbidden to contract any other supplier for custom builds or furniture rental.

Gastrofira is the only supplier permitted to provide catering services in this area.
