Congress Square Meeting Room

The Congress Square Meeting Rooms are highly functional meeting rooms that offer undisturbed privacy in a formal business setting. All rooms include furniture and basic audio visual equipment, cleaning and security.

• Location: Congress Square Meeting Rooms are located in the CC7.

Congress Square Meeting Room packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027.

Congress Square Meeting Room keys can be collected from the Reception located near the rooms in CC7 from Saturday 27 February 2027. In order to collect the key, Exhibitors will need to show their exhibitor digital access pass or business card as identification.

• Lockable door.
• Carpet.
• Nameplate on door: Stand number and company name next to the meeting room door.
• Free public Wi-Fi (password protected).
• Power supply.
• Air conditioning.
• General lighting.

• Detailed information on furniture for each package will be available in the Package Visuals page and download the individual presentations. 
• Furniture items included within the contract are provided as a set package and therefore it is not possible to change these for preferred items without incurring additional costs.

AV Equipment:

• 1 x 55" TV Screen, Full HD (1920 x1080) with USB and HDMI ports.
• HDMI cable for laptop connection.

Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package. Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.

• A limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests are available, depending on the stand size.
