Additional Important Information Relating to Shell Scheme Stand Packages
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels of the turnkey package.
- Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- Any graphics attached to the walls by the exhibitors must be removed at the end of the event.
- Any graphics left on the structure will incur a removal charge by Servifira, to be invoiced post event.
- LED and LCD screens cannot be fixed on the Shell Scheme panels due to weight restrictions.
- Rigging above turnkey packages is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the stand.
- No elements can be higher than the turnkey package structure or wider than the stand perimeter.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their turnkey packages stand themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
