* Facia Name Board Task:
If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name as submitted through the Company Profile task as of 15 January. If neither of these forms are submitted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract.
** Switchboard & Socket Location Task:
Please note that if the Switchboard & Socket Location Task is not submitted, the switchboard will be positioned at Fira's discretion. The Exhibitor may incur additional costs should the switchboard need to be relocated.
*** Artwork Submission Task:
If the Artwork Submission Task is not submitted by the deadline, the Exhibition Stand Plus will not be branded. Exhibitors may arrange graphics directly with Servifira at their own cost.
