Exhibitor and Contractor staff registered for the event days will not require a Digital Contractor Pass. Those registered for event days will have a 'Digital Access Pass' for the Event that will also grant access during the build-up and dismantling periods. Individuals who need access during build-up, event days and dismantling should be registered only once. The Digital Access Pass is available in the official MWC Series App.

Service Providers (build contractors, suppliers etc.) whose personnel only need access during build-up and dismantling, will need to have their company details added by the Exhibitor as a first step. They this must added in their Client Portal, which will go live in late November.

Once this information is submitted, the nominated contact for the Service Provider will be sent login details for their registration account. This account will allow them to submit name and contact details for each person needing access. A unique and valid email address will be required for each person.

Each contractor will be required to submit their own ID information and provide a photo. Once the Service Provider contact has added each contractor into the registration system, they will receive an email with instructions on how to submit their information.

Once their ID has been validated, a confirmation email will be sent, and access will be given to the Digital Contractor Pass via a web browser.

As each contractor’s ID and photo will already have been validated, they will not need to show ID at the access point. We will verify that their face matches the photo held on record at the access point.
