Exhibitor Profile and Product Listing
Exhibitors are entitled to a Company Profile and a Product Listing on the official MWC Doha website
Please visit Your Dashboard on this OEM to submit your profile and product categories.
Exhibitor/Stand Contractor Responsibilities
As the Exhibitor, you are responsible for sourcing and hiring your own contractor to build your stand. If you require assistance with bespoke stand design, please refer to the Exhibition Suppliers page. It is essential that any stand contractor you engage has access to the information within this Exhibition Manual. Please ensure you and your contractors read and fully understand the Health and Safety Rules and Stand Building Regulations of this manual and adhere to all regulations. also ensure your contractor sends all compulsory health and safety documentation immediately
As the Exhibitor, you are responsible for ensuring that your stand contractor submits appropriate Stand Plans and all other required documentation by the deadline date of 27 SEPTEMBER 2026.
Failure to do so could result in rejection of plans as well as delays to contractor access and build on site.

Wall/Partitions
There are no walls provided between Space Only stands. All Space Only stands must provide their own self-supportive back walling, with the minimum height being 2.5m. Any partition wall above 2.5m in height that is overlooking neighbour stands must be dressed from the rear using a plain white finish, without logos or branding. It is very important to take into consideration the impact higher stands will have on neighbouring stands. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that any walls backing onto a neighbouring stand space are finished in an appropriate manner as mentioned above.
Carpet
Space Only stands do not include carpet or floor covering; having a floor covering is compulsory at this event. Should you require a carpet or floor covering provider, please refer to the Suppliers & Services tab. Exhibitors are reminded that their contractors must remove their carpet and floor coverings at the end of the event and dispose of it appropriately.
