- Submit stand plans, risk assessments, and method statements via the Abraxys Stand Plan Submission Portal - see Space Only Stand Plans section for detailed information and links
- Deadline: 27 September 2026
- All stands exceeding 4m in height, multi-storey stands, stages, platforms or any installation involving suspended or rigged elements are considered Complex.
- All Complex Stands/Structures require structural engineer sign off at stand plan submission stage. See the Stand Plan Submission pages for more information
- MWC Doha26 has a phased build-up schedule depending on stand size/location - see Build Up & Dismantling Schedule for further information
- For stands within the Purple Zone, build-up starts: Sunday 1 November 2026; all other stands can access the hall from Tuesday 4 November 2026. To check where your stand is, see the floorplan
- Initial power supply begins on 7 November 2026
Note: Continuous power is not guaranteed until show opening
- Exhibitors are responsible for removing all construction waste.
- Charges apply for any waste left behind.
- Floor covering is mandatory.
- Exhibitors must provide and install their own carpet or flooring.
