      • Each room has a tea/coffee machine that provides up to 200 cups of hot drinks. More drinks & food can be ordered (at additional cost) from the official caterers.
  • Internet
    • Please note that there is no internet provided with your meeting room package. If you require wired or wireless internet, please contact the DECC IT team (see Suppliers section of this manual)

Exhibition Passes

A number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests are allocated to your Company.

Exhibitor Profile and Product Listing

Exhibitors are entitled to a Company Profile and a Product Listing on the official MWC Doha website. 

Please go to Your Dashboard to submit your profile and select your product categories

Artwork Setup Guidelines
Meeting Room Artwork

Your meeting room includes one full back wall graphic and one graphic to the front glass wall.  If you wish to have additional e.g. side wall graphics - at extra cost - you must let the official stand contractors know by 7 October 2026.  They will provide you with a quote and the additional artwork sizes.  The same artwork submission deadline of 14 October 2026 applies to any additional orders.  No orders will be taken after these dates.

The stand artwork submission deadline is 14 October 2026.  If stand artwork is not received by this date, a MWC back wall graphic will automatically be printed and installed on your stand instead.

 

Artwork Setup: back wall & front of glass

Final print-ready artwork must be provided by the exhibitor before the deadline and must be submitted using the official EMR Artwork Submission Form/Task within Your Dashboard in this OEM.  Artwork should follow the guidelines below to ensure clear & accurate printing.

  • Artwork should be set up to size or equivalent scale (for example 10%, 25%, 50%)
  • Print resolution - 300dpi is the standard resolution for high-quality prints. This ensures that the image is sharp and crisp. If your artwork is too low in resolution it may appear pixellated when printed
  • Supply images as CMYK colour mode
  • Please supply all relevant fonts and linked images
  • Ensure that all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines (especially for vector files like PDF ot AI) to avoid font mismatches on different computers or printers
  • Formats accepted:  ai, jpg, pdf.  Please share a PDF file with all links included as FILE READY TO PRINT

Company Name & Room Number (applicable to both room sizes)

Type your Company Name in the section provided on the EMR Artwork Form/Task by 14 October 2026.  If the company name is not included on this form, the Organisers will use the Company Name as it appears on your Space Contract.
