Additional Branding Materials

  • Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the perimeter of your Pod or Stand.
  • Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles.
  • No graphics or decorations are allowed to be attached to the pod structure.

Additional Orders

  • Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Startup Pod are restricted to the items below and may only be ordered through Servifira:
    • AV Services
      • One 32" TV screen (maximum size).
      • TV screens must not be placed outside your pod area.
      • The screen can be mounted directly onto the pod structure to save space (additional cost applies).
    • Wi-Fi & Wired Internet
  • Furniture: Additional furniture is not permitted.
  • Microphones: If you are using a wireless microphone or headset during the event, you must purchase the appropriate microphone frequency in advance. Any microphones or headsets operating without a pre-booked frequency will not be permitted for use onsite. Click here for further information.

PPE

  • Safety helmets (hard hats) and high-visibility vests (high-vis vests) must be worn by everyone to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. 
  • We advise exhibitors to bring their own PPE; however, a limited stock will be available for purchase from the Abraxys desk at the North Entrance.
  • Please note PPE is not required for access on Sunday 28 February.

Important Additional Information

  • Large or bulky items that limit the usable space within your stand are not permitted.
  • Stools have been arranged according to the pod layout and must remain in their designated positions. They cannot be moved to accommodate larger items.
  • If you plan to bring any large items onto the Startup Pod or have any special activities, you must complete the Special Activity Task in advance for approval. Click here for more information on what activities require prior approval.
  • If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands.
  • The common area within the structure should be kept clean at all times.
  • Rigging above the structure is not permitted.

Security

  • We DO NOT recommend leaving any valuables overnight on your pod or stand, even if stored in a lockable counter.
  • The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal or company property.
