Startup Pod

4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at the Fira Gran Via venue.

• Startup Pod Packages are available as:
  • 4-day product; or
  • 2-day product (Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Thursday) 

• Startup Pod Packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027.
• Safety helmets (hard hats) and high-visibility vests (high-vis vests) must be worn by everyone to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. 

• Individual Pod (150cm wide x 175cm deep) located within a Corner structure of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 pods.
• Please note there is no clear side border between pods.
• Stand number showing on structure.
• Carpet Flooring.
• IMPORTANT: All packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

• Standard power suitable for laptop or phone charging.
• 1 x Double socket at the welcome desk.

Lighting:

• 1 x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting.

• Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only. 
• Please purchase Wi-Fi from Servifira if required for demos or high-usage activities.

• Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.
• Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.
• Clients may access their stand on Saturday 27 February. However, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday.  As a result, the plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening.

• A limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided.
