Daily Meeting Room

4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via. The Daily Meeting Rooms are located in CC8, Hall 8.1.

• These turnkey rooms provide a quiet, professional environment ideal for business meetings, allowing you to focus on your agenda with minimal setup and zero hassle. The rooms are fully equipped spaces designed for privacy and efficiency.
• Choose between a Daily Meeting Room (1-day access) or a 4-Day Meeting Room (access for the full event).

• Daily Meeting Rooms will only be accessible on the day they have been booked for.
• For 4 day bookings and Monday morning bookings only, the rooms will be available on Sunday 28 February 2027 from 14:30 to 21:00.

• 1 x Lockable door.
• Digital screen on the door for company logo.
• Soundproofed walls.
• IMPORTANT: All packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.
  

• Approximately 30 m² room.
• 4 x Tables joined to set up boardroom style for 16pax.
• 16 x Chairs.
• 1 x Wastepaper basket.
• 1 x Coat stand or coat hooks.
• 1 x Lockable cupboard/counter.

The furniture supplied with the meeting room package is a set package and therefore not interchangeable with preferred items.

• You will need an access key to enter your meeting room. One key card will be provided for room access. This can be collected from the welcome desk in CC8 and must be returned there at the end of each day or time slot.
• In order to collect the keys, exhibitors will need to show their exhibitor digital access pass or business card as identification.

Power Supply:

• 230V power supply available from Sunday 28 February 2027 (07:00 - 23:00).
• 4 x Double power sockets fixed on wall.

AV Equipment:

• 1 x 55" LCD Screen with HDMI cables for laptop connection.
• MAC to HDMI adapters available.

• Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only. 
• Please purchase Wi-Fi from Servifira if required for demos or high-usage activities.

• Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.
• 4 day meeting rooms will be cleaned at the end of each event day.
• Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.
• Please note that, in order for Servifira to vacuum the meeting room floor overnight during the event, the room must be unlocked. Bins left outside the meeting room will be emptied overnight.
