Branding

  • It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels of the turnkey package.
  • It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free-standing pop-up banners inside the room.
  • External branding is not permitted on the meeting room.
  • Once the time slot has ended, the CC8 Manager will inspect the room to ensure that all items are in place and that no damage has been done to the room.  Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged.

  • Gastrofira is the only supplier able to provide catering services in the CC8 Meeting Rooms in Hall 8.1.
  • Please visit the catering section of this manual for information about Gastrofira.
