Startup Corner

4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at the Fira Gran Via venue.

• Startup Corners are designed for Delegations hosting Startups.
• Startup Corner structures can have 4, 8 or 10 Startup Pods.
• Startup Corner packages with 8 or 10 Startup Pods are available as a 4-day product or a 2-day product (Monday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Thursday).
• Startup Corner packages with 4 Startup Pods are only available as a 4-day product.
• The main parent company should provide each Startup company details and location within their Startup Corner structure by assigning the Pods on the My Dashboard page.

• Startup Corner Packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027.
• Safety helmets (hard hats) and high-visibility vests (high-vis vests) must be worn by everyone to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. 

Startup Corner packages are available in configurations of 8 or 10 Startup Pods. Please make sure you refer to the correct one. Check the size indicated in your contract and on the floorplan.

Corner Structure

• 8 or 10 Startup Pods depending on the product.
  • There is no clear border between the pods.
• Carpet flooring.

Delegation Welcome Desk

• 1 x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet.
• 2 x Stools.
• 1 x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting.
• Stand number showing on structure.
• Carpet flooring.

• Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only. 
• Please purchase Wi-Fi from Servifira if required for demos or high-usage activities.

Corner Structure

• 6.6 kW per Startup Corner of 8 pods.
• 9.9 kW per Startup Corner of 10 pods.

• 1 x Double socket at welcome desk.

• Branding for Panel C will be provided by the pod exhibitor.

• Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.
• Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.
• Clients may access their stand on Saturday 27 February. However, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. As a result, the plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening.

• A limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided.
• The Delegation company will allocate Exhibition Passes to each Startup Company.
