Public Institutions Startup Corner

4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at the Fira Gran Via venue.

• Startup Corners are designed for Delegations/Companies hosting Startups within their exhibition space.
• Public Institutions Startup Corner structures can have 8 pods.
• This stand package is available as a 4-day product or a 2-day product (Monday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Thursday).
• The main parent company should provide each Startup company details and location within their Public Institutions Corner structure, by assigning the Pods in the My Dashboard page.

• Public Institutions Startup Corner packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027.
• Safety helmets (hard hats) and high-visibility vests (high-vis vests) must be worn by everyone to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February.

• 8 Startup Pods.
  • There is no clear side border between the pods
• Carpet flooring.

• Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only. 
• Please purchase Wi-Fi from Servifira if required for demos or high-usage activities.

Corner Structure

• 6.6 kW per Corner of 8 pods.

• Branding on the triangular shape between Startup pods to identify the delegation host indicated by panel B (see image below). Click here for artwork template.
• Alternatively, we can offer the counter branding instead indicated by panel B1 (see image below). Click here for artwork template.
• Branding for panel C will be provided by the pod exhibitor.

• Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.
• Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.
• Clients may access their stand on Saturday 27 February. However, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. As a result, the plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening.

• A limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided.
• The Delegation company will allocate Exhibition passes to each Startup Company.
