Overview & Location

4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at the Fira Gran Via venue.

  • 4YFN Awards Pod Packages are a 4-day product located in Hall 8.0 within a Corner 10.

Accessing your Pod

  • 4YFN Awards Pod Packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027.
  • Clients may test their TV screen content on Sunday 28 February.
  • Safety helmets (hard hats) and high-visibility vests (high-vis vests) must be worn by everyone to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. 

Structure & Flooring

  • Individual 4YFN Awards Pod space measurements: 150 cm wide x 175 cm deep (located within a 4YFN Awards Corner structure of 10 pods in Hall 8.0).
  • There is no clear side border between the pods. 
  • Stand number showing on structure.
  • Carpet flooring.
  • IMPORTANT: All packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Branding

  • Company branding and details printed on fascia.
  • Please use this template to create your artwork.

Online Presence & Promotion

Company profile (100-word profile) and social media links on:

  • Exhibitor pages of 4YFN and MWC websites
  • MWC Series App

Company logo on the 4YFN website.

Furniture Package

  • 1 x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet.
  • 2 x Stools.

Power, AV & Lighting

Power Supply:

  • 1.2 kW power supply (suitable for laptop or phone charging).
  • 1 x Double socket at the welcome desk.

AV:

  • 1 x 32" TV screen.

Lighting:

  • 1 x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting. 

Wi-Fi

  • Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only. 
  • Please purchase Wi-Fi from Servifira if required for demos or high-usage activities.

Cleaning

  • Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package once set-up is complete and every evening during the event.
  • Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through Servifira.
  • Clients may access their stand on Saturday 27 February. However, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. As a result, the plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening.
